Tracking & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 2-5 business days processing time for your order to ship. Shipping rate on all orders will be calculated by the courier your tracking information will be sent via email once your purchase has been shipped out. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your item has not been shipped you are able to cancel your order. Please email us at KeyleeFlair@gmail.com with your name and order number. If your item has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it.

How can I track my order?

You can check your tracking information on the confirmation page of your order. Also track your order with the tracking number

How do I know if I have received my complete order?

Check you order detail page with your order number log into your account for details on all orders
