Shipping policy

Processing Time

Please allow 2-5 business days processing time for your order to ship. Shipping rate on all orders will be calculated by the courier your tracking information will be sent via email once your purchase has been shipped out. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update. 

Cancellation of Order

If your item has not been shipped you are able to cancel your order. Please email us at KeyleeFlair@gmail.com with your name and order number. If your item has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. 

For security reasons no address changes will be made, please double check your address. Keylee Flair will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

**Note**: All orders $100+ will require a signature at delivery

All orders are check before being shipped out. Keylee Flair is not responsible for any lost or damages that occur during the shipping. Once your package has been shipped all delivery responsibilities will be handled by USPS.

Pepper Spray Policy 

Pepper spray cannot be shipped to the following locations: New York, Massachusetts, Washington D.C, Alaska, Hawaii, and Internationally
